Thanks in advance.

How many miles have they done?

Difficult to tell from your photo but they look quite clean and all 4 are the same you say

Plugs do not normally need changing on the Yaris untill they have done 40,000 miles

You did not say if you had any symptoms that might point to a need to change them

Unsure of the mileage of the plugs, due to lack of accurate Serv history. The car has done around 70,000, unsure of how clear the image is on here but the tips have a thick white crust on them. The car doesn't seem jerky at idle and the performance doesn't seem limited. Although the car isn't driven often enough to tell. All 4 look similar, cylinder 1 looks the worst though.

From the photo, looks normal to me. The thick white crust is normal too for used plugs, though indicates they want cleaning - remove the crust, then check and reset the gap if needed.

Okay thanks, I'll get them cleaned up.

For the price of plugs I personally always change them regardless. Then again I'm used to the old carb setups which gunk them up if not spot on.

The 40,000 refers to Iridum plugs. Toyotas recommend 40,000 for Iridium possibly because of head thread seizure issues, but frankly the do not seem to wear and you cannot gap them without breaking them. Modern electronic ignition has greatly though reduced the electrode wear. I shall replace at 60,000 with Yttrium plugs which are supposed to be good for 100,000 plus. I personally wouldn't let a old fashioned plug go much beyond 15,000 or so.
