Disappointing Rav 4's

Hello again,

Issues after issues with this car, some might remember me posting about dual mass flywheel.

Now we have issues with the turbo (making hooting sound on revs going down) Makes sounds at 2,500k revs. Went back and fourth to toyota saying nothing wrong with it (they fiddled with a pipe and charged me £60.) Now I'm going back again after calling the AA out twice on it, one for the turbo to have backup and they suggested turbo failure.

Now I've called them out for dashboard lights

Check CVS System

Check ABS System

Check Breaking System

From what I can see there's a warning light on, and ABS light on and what looks like parking break.

I've got to other references and found this.

I'm more concerned as my wife has to drive it tomorrow as she has prior commitments it's literally 300 miles worth too. Not a happy chappy.
Whether it's safe or not to drive.
I've replaced the Battery as it had a failure when diagnosed by AA on toyotas advisement over the phone before testing.
It seems to do it after variable driving distance.
So miffed off with this car. It's an 08 plate D4D 2.2

P.S no logged errors in any of the cpu's according to AA, and I couldn't get in even when showing the lights and check lights to log any error on OBII error logger

Update, called AA out again talking to a mate of many have a Bosch diagnosis kit coming out as errors not appearing on standard diagnostic tools.
