I want a cheap lockable set of bars (I will only use them to carry a fishing rod tube, so no great weight). Any advice welcome. Is there a second-hand marketplace? I have changed from a 1996 Rav to 2005/6 model and have the old roof bars (lockable) to sell. Thanks in anticipation,
