Avensis Td - Strarting Problem

has anyone had a problem starting an Avensis turbo diesel ? the car takes a while to start when it is hot i.e. it turns over for a while.

The car is ok when strating from cold, i have been to 3 Toyota garages who can't diagnose the fault

Hi There

I used to have exactley the same problem with my Jetta Diesel - mind you that was after 450,000 miles on the original engine !

Instead of a Toyota dealer, try a diesel specalist - the Bosch people seem to know their way around most units, and have access to some equpment the Toyota dealers dont.
