Hello everyone.

I have a major bug bear, i have a Toyota Aygo Go multimedia Satnav that works from the Factory fitted head unit, which i must say works really well and complements each other.

Only problem is that the head unit has basic features and has less power than my after market head unit, PioneerDEH-X8500DAB.

These pics are the Multimedia SatNav system.

i tried connecting the Pioneer to the Multimedia Satnav system but it didnt work, that was mainly due to the Pioneer not having the C-1, C-2, C-3 Block connections seen in the diagram below, which incidentally is on the rear of the Panasonic factory fitted unit.

Now each of the C Blocks control vital information between the Multimedia Satnav system and the factory fitted headunit hence why it didn't work with the pioneer.

I would like to know, does anybody know how i can use my Pioneer after market head unit with the Multimedia Satnav system?

Is there a special adaptor i have to use?

If anyone knows how its done or knows someone who's done it, i'd really really appreciate you giving me the heads up on how its done..

Feel free to respond to this post. Looking fwd to hearing from you all.

Regards Glen.
