Rav 4.2 D4D Fault Code P2226

I have a fault with my jeep for months. Sudden loss of power then it will kick back in. it has gradually got worse and now jeep drives perfect untill the temperature hand gets half way then no power above 2000 rpm seems the turbo isn't kicking in. Engine managment light came on fault code P2226 changed the turbo pressure sensor and it made no difference. Tried bypassing VSV direct and its still not boosting. Checked all pipes for leakage no leaks and cleaned the EGR valvle. Aggitator on turbo is not sticking. Did anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking maybe SCV at fault.

P2226 Is a Barometric pressure sensor circuit fault, possible areas of issue are:

1. Open or short in Turbo pressure sensor circuit

2. Turbo pressure sensor

3. Open or short in VSV for turbo pressure sensor circuit

4. VSV for turbo pressure sensor

5. Disconnected of blocked vacuum hose

6. Engine ECU
