2007 Rav 4 D-Cat T180 Brakes Disc Run Out

Hi all

Has anyone any ideas or technical info on brakes run out for the from brakes for D-Cat T180 Rav 4.

I replaced the front discs last year and just measured the run out due to brake judder.

i measured the run out either side of the vented disc and did not get any two reading the same.

passenger outside of the disk was 4 thousants if an inch

the inside of the disc as 1 thousands of an inch

the drivers side disk

outside of the disk as 6 thousands of an inch

the inside of the disc was 5 thousands of an inch.

not knowing the lateral run out specifications i would say that perhaps the riverside disc is way out and causing the judder.

any suggestions.

Rears

Maximum disc run out 0.15 mm (0.0059 in.)
