Help!

Hello i dont know if this has already been said in the forum but i cant find it anywhere so ima start it again lol

I have a 7th Gen Toyota Celica T-Sport i bought a Blitz Advance Power Air Cleaner Induction Kit and fitted it myself removed the stock intake with the hose and capped off a pipe that was connected into the engine after fitting it and driving it for 2days, The engine check light has appeared the VRS light has appeared and the TRC OFF has appeared and i cant turn it on or off and i was told i needed to do a ecu reset but easiest way was to disconnect the Battery pump the brakes and an alarm will sound 4times which i did and once i reconnected it all everything worked perfectly but everything kept coming back on every 8hours and i had to redo the same thing

is there anything i can do or you can advise me on the garages said do a ecu reset but i did the easiest way. what is the other way to do so and how do i do it and how long for should i do it please help my baby needs help and im afraid to drive incase something blows up...
