Drive Belt Tension Power Steering & A/c Compressor.

Hi, does anyone know how to adjust the tension on the v-belt that drives the power steering & a/c compressor it t3-x d4d 2.0 2005. Had a look this morning and it seems to be slack, you can turn 180o degrees ?, I think it should be 90o. Symptoms are in a morning when I leave home it nudges a little on full lock. Thanks.
