Hi

Has anyone fitted these to a 2013 Avensis Tourer?

Example

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DTO29609-Wind-deflectors-fits-TOYOTA-AVENSIS-Saloon-2009-2015-4pc-set-TEAM-HEKO-/200807475169?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2ec10ee7e1

Did they make a difference when travelling with the windows open?

Which type did you fit and why?

Can you recommend a supplier?

Many thanks

Heko wind deflectors seem quite popular on the Auris club. Other makes include Climair, Farad, G3 and Auto style. Amazon also sell a range of deflectors via their marketplace sellers. Think the Climair fit without clips, whereas some of the others use clips to hold them in place.

Hi Paul, I have just fitted hekos on my RAV and they just slotted into the window channel.when I first raised the window there was a scraping noise but after a couple of times it was OK

my car came with a full set of Toyota badged ones fitted (ex-Toyota management car) - I suspect that they may be oem by Clima but can't say for sure.

Unfortunately, as they were already fitted I can't say what difference they made.

Hello,

I fitted these to my wife's Sierra some years ago. My main dislike of them was the fact that they instantly made the door pillar much wider and the driver's one in particular gave a much restricted view at roundabouts for example.

I had stainless steel ones fitted to the top edge of the doors on my Vauxhall Cresta many moons ago (that shows my age). These were no problem. I think the Sierra ones were Polish.
