Best Gear Box Oil Advice (Mtl)

Hello to all :)

Which is better between this two manual gear oil, to improve noise and jamming gear? (i'd like to have a change quieter and mellow) :

Castrol Syntrans FE 75W

vs

Fuchs Titan Sintofluid FE-75

Toyota prescribes a GL4 75W,

its for my RAV4 2.2 D-4D AWD MT 6gear 2013 (ALA49L-ANFMRW)

I have only used Castrol FE75W never had a problem. but the Fuchs will be just as good buy the cheapest??

Hi I have only had problems with Toyta gears when other people have serviced or had the vehicle serviced and they had used 80/90 oil, then first gear was almost impossible and second really tight, but when 75w used all gears back to very smooth, but the difference is not as bad in warm weather, when it's very cold first gear impossible,

I live in the middle of Italy near the sea and the weather is warm on average, but the Rav still his troubles with 1st and 2nd gear. Strangely when it rains the gear is smoother ... :)
