Auris Hsd Excel Touch And Go Plus

Have a new Auris excel with touch and go plus. When I press the voice command button I get unavailable ! Any ideas

It is not fitted on any Auris as I understand it

I suspect you have touch 2 & Go not Go plus as this is an optional extra not fitted as standard. Only touch 2 & go plus can handle voice commands

Listed on Toyota website as a £1299 option on the Auris - which for the equivalent of a £125 sat-nav seems to be the normal 10x cost for options
