Mud Flap Problems

hello, I have a 2014 64 plate auris icon plus hatch. I have bought front and rear mudflaps from local dealership. I am having problems fitting them, the fixing holes on rears don't line up with bumper indentations and they don't sit quite right underneath due to existing bumber fixing clip in the way. At the front ,again they don't sit right and came with only 2 inserts and 2 hex screws for both fronts, I think there should be a further 4 screws. Can anyone tell me if I have correct parts, front is pz416-e9965-00 and rear is pz416-e9966-00. There is definitely something not right.

Note that both sets of mudflaps have the rider 'FOR SOME AURIS AND AURIS HYBRID'

I have looked at Toyota tech manual website and the dealer has supplied me with 2006 auris ones. I think the ones I need are the 53008-02010 which come in kit as front and rear. Have to call dealer now as he wont call me !
