Remove Car Battery In Sale Way

On my RAV4 2.2 D-4D Awd 2013 I need to remove the Battery to perform a job under it and then reassemble it.

Could it unsafe for electronics to cut off power to the car, even if only for 15-20 minutes?

Could it damages somethings?

If yes, how could I do?

I have no other batteries,

I should do some trick with extra cables to keep electric tension on the car?

Can anyone give me some advice?

Should be okay; Things like the clock, radio presets, and other stored settings like that will probably get wiped, unless you have one of these newer fancy radios that store them in flash memory, but you can reset those.
