2012 Rav 4 Accessories

Hello Everyone,

Just got a new to me 2012 and after getting some parts for it.

Does anyone know where I can get a genuine set of door mouldings for my new 2012 Rav4 - same as shown on the image attached?

I have seen some cars with them on and I'd like to add them to mine.

Also, I'm looking for genuine roof bars, the stainless trim that goes on the top of the rear bumper to protect from the dog scratching it and a full height dog guard.

If anyone on here can do decent deals on genuine parts, please let me know.

Hi Matt,

Welcome to the club. The side mouldings are OEM kit so best to get a price from our resident dealer, Parts King. If you look him up in the members' list, you can send him a PM for quote. He gives TOC members a discount so it's worth contacting him.

If you want genuine OEM roof bars then Kingo is your man again. I bought them originally for our first Land Cruiser about 7 years ago and have used them subsequently on our RAV 4.3 and on our current LC4 which replaced the RAV. The OEM roof bars are made by Mont Blanc for Toyota (so it's good stuff) - ours are, anyway. You can get cheaper ones, of course, but ours look as good now as when I bought them so they are a classic case of getting what you pay for. Ditto dog guard but I know that the OEM guard that came with our 4.2 also fitted our 4.3 so if you can find a used 4.2 guard (eBay, etc) it will be a lot cheaper than a new one - it fits into the roof slots and attaches to the floor clip rings.

Re the bumper trim, I used these guys for a bumper guard for our 4.3, http://www.rearguards.co.uk/

One item that I can't find anywhere is the trim that goes on the underside of the rear bumper. I attached a picture of another car with it on.

Any idea where these are from? Is it genuine Toyota accessory?
