St182 Vs St183

Right guys, been doing my research, and now im into the braking system.

under the bonnet my car is stating its a

sst183 yeah its and import

all parts seem to lead to ST182, although technically i reckon they are the same

can you all give me feed back,previous experiances if anyones had a 183!.

mine fits into this category and i think, but will double check tonight that the st183 number matches. although the spec doesnt match it, but matches as near as damm.

I have the exact same car mine is ST183-0014232 .. 3S-GE engine .. EST183-BLPVF chassis .. 4 WS and TEMS..no ABS. How's your 4 WS 'any warning lights' usually the first thing to go faulty.

can the st182 engine drop in to the 183 using the same harnes and ecu

st182 and st183 are the same apart from the st183 has the 4ws the st182 has'nt.
