Looking For A T Sport Part Number

Arrrrrrrrr I've been looking now for a part number for the slip ring / clock spring on a 2004 t sport.

Can I find one not a hope.

Can any help me and

1 Tell me what the part number is

or

2 Tell me where to get one.

all I find are Chinese copied for American corollas .

Please help as Toyota wanted to charge me £371 to change it.
