Cruise Control

i have avensis 2007 automatic.

I started thinking about cruise control.

I checked at the plug under the steering wheel and there are no wires at pin 2 and 3.

So I need to buy the handle and connect it to the horn plug.

Rout wire from under steering wheel, from pin 2 to pin 24 at the ECM plug 10 (second plug from above).

Then from pin 3 from steering wheel to ground.

Will it work by doing just that?

Can a steering wheel of 2010 or so be fit as is insted my 2007 wheel?
