Hi there, i have a YARIS 5DR colour collection 03" Model and was wandering how to remove that tacky leather gear knob and put on a nice colourful one. Any help would be mostly appreciated.

Many Thanks

Hi

I have a satin ball and a silver gaitor, heres how to do it

Gear Knob:

Twist it off, very simple really.

Gaitor:

Look at the cup holder at the rear. There will be a screw. Unscrew it.

Then pull the panel off, taking care of the white clips at the front.

Install new gaitor. I have put the new gaitor over the old one, so it keeps a good shape.

Add me to kierangray1982@hotmail.com to msn, and ill send you a picture

Cheers!

yeah just twist mate! i bought a cheap one but it lux canny, so i hadta use electrical tape stuff to wrap around the stick to make it thicker, reinforced with blue tack in the end and press down hard, then screwed the screws into it so it was a nice tight fit :P
