Is This Legal?

I came across a website that was, among other things, selling pdf-files with wiring diagrams from many large car companies. Is this legal? Here is a link to show what they are selling:

I wasn't thinking of downloading anything from the site, I was just wondering about the legality of selling something they don't own. I wouldn't complain if they were giving them away, but selling electronic copies of someone else's work seems pretty scummy to me.

not going to visit the site to check but if it's actual Toyota pdfs (or whatever) then, no, that would be illegal in countries with copyright/IP laws unless they were licenced to do so.
