Can't believe that front and rear parking sensors are an extra on even the top of range models. This feature has become a "must have" particularly in larger cars and the "no win no fee" insurance market which encourages motorists to litigate for minor incidents.

Please Toyota, make this a core feature of all estate models.

As Toyota GB has finalised specs, we are where we are. Not everyone wants parking sensors ....

Unless you want a diesel then the only real change is a nose job. Will definitely have a test drive later but not likely to prise the wallet out just yet.

Not how I read it. A lot of the changes (body, suspension, interior) affect the petrol too (indeed even the petrol engine is tweaked afaik).

My car is due a service in August so I hope to have a look at one then perhaps even a test drive. Not currently intending changing my car for ~3 years though.

Saw my first on the road today, a white Tourer. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to give it much of a going over but I'm sure the driver was aware that i was staring a lot at his car ... :P

Very nice to drive, had the chance to try a number of new Auris and Avensis on the road. It is far more than just a "nose job" The engines have been tweaked, plus suspension and interior trim. The Toyota Safety Sense system is fantastic
