hello, NEW man here. Got a very tired Liteace

after ownership of my Liteace 1989 for 3 years with 267000 miles on the C2 Diesel engine, the bottom pulley on the belts fell off yesterday.

I can't see what was holding it on except a moon shaped keyway hole and a bolt hole that looks as if no bolt has been in there for ever.

How would I even try and find a replacement key-way, and why would the outer face of the pulley be shiney as if something else was covering it, Anyone out there who could take a look at their van engine, bottom pulley it might help

The van has been worked hard over the last year with regular 300-450 mile runs, and just keeps going.

I still search eBay for a Townace diff to upgrade the motorway speed
