Could be from many areas around the boot.

The rear light clusters could be a bit loose /seal gone and letting water in there.

Same with the hatch , any damage to the seal of the hatch or the hatch glass seal ?

Getting in from around the wiper arm.

A hole / damage to the underside ?

Try putting some sheets of newpaper all over the boot area and then spray the car with a hose pipe for a few minutes, let the excess drain off then open the hatch and you will hopefully see some wet areas where its come in.

Put some new

As oldcodger said water can come in from the least expected areas. When you do the water hose test, make sure you spray from many different angles. Also from below, which may seem a little counter intuitive.

That's great I will try and be more patient this time doing the water if it's the sponge seal on the rear lamp where can I get a new seal?

Like most of those seals, probably only your local Toyota dealer, not parts anyone would find worthwhile copying.

If it's anything like the leaky rear lights on the Auris you may find that a tube of clear bathroom silicone sealant does as good a job (or better) than the official part from Toyota!
