Fan Belt Tensioner Spring Clamp

Hi not sure if this is the right forum to post this on but wonder if anyone knows if there is a tool used to clamp the tensioner spring when changing the fan belt on a say a Rav4? Did one recently amd it took three of us to do the job. One to attempt to keep the spring clamped and then two of us to fiddle the belt on. Surely there must be a tool for the tensioner to make this job far easier. Any ideas or suggestions as the if there is such a tool and also where and how much.
