Driver Side Door Sounds When Driving

hi,

my avensis 2010 driverside door is giving sound when driving, and it seems coming from door lock area. this sound picks up when i drive on rough roads whilst putting the glass down however when the glass is lifted up it goes down but still there, the door locks properly and the glass operates perfectly as well.

PS. the door was damaged and went for repair, it was ok in the beginning but seems like something got loose over the period of time.

Can i fix it myself???..any help???
