Hyrbid Excel 2015 Parrot Handsfree + Speaker Replacements

I'm looking at getting a external handsfree kit fitted due to the one coming in the car being pretty poor. Most of the time people struggle to hear me clearly.

I went into Halfords today and they told me It wasn't possible as the harness cable they use only fits older models

I went home and googled this and apparently the old cable still fits the latest model.

Also can I replace the Speakers in the car easily? Radio stations can be pretty quiet at times and I have to turn it right up to hear it at a decent level

Can anyone advise?

You are aware that the Mic is actually situated on the passenger side of the centre console, yes? What I'm alluding to is that if you turn your head even just slightly and direct your voice toward it, it's usually better for the other person. Also, don't even think about having your windows down when taking a call... ;)

Excuse me if I appear to be being flippant but either there is something wrong with your audio unit or else you have a hearing problem! I can't get mine above about 50% volume without it starting to deafen me! :)

I'd get the OEM setup checked, its faultless in our Yaris and Prius tbh, certainly light years a head of Fiat's Blue and Me system (awful system imo!).
