the four quid chips are just resistors that replace your air temp sensor. all they do is give a false reeding so the ecu thinks the air is more dense (reading as cold air) and squirts a little more fuel in the pot. as vmail says if you know what resistor it is you can get them from maplins for a few pence. buy one off eBay, read the colour bands buy a load + sell em on eBay. it all helps to buy more beer.
