Idle Trouble And Jerky Running

Hi all

Ran the car around for 20mins today, 2000rpm startup when cold and ince warm have an idle of 1400rpm. Car still seem to be lacking power and still jerky.

Any ideas on whats broken or needs cleaning,

Thanks for that will have a look in a bit,

Cold start today the revs started at 1800rpm then it kept blipping upto 2100rpm then back to 1800rpm all on its own.
