HI CELICA CREW I THINKING OF UP GRADEING MY INTERCOOLER TO A HKS ONE I HEARD THAT IT WILL GIVE ME 30 BHP MORE AND IM GETTING A FULL STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST SYSTEM WITH THE DECAT TAKEN OF AND THAT SHOULD GIVE ME 20 BHP SO LET SAY THATS ABOUT 50 BHP WILL MY ENGINE BE ABLE TO TAKE IT OR WILL I HAVE TO GET THE ENGINE LIGHTEND OUT ***** WELL CAN SOME ONE PLZ ADVISE ME THANXS

it will give you about 35-40 bhp it depends on : 1) the intercooler model.

2)the installation of the exhaust system ,its recomanded to do it all the way

(from the downpipe).

the engine will hold it if you will stay on normal-low boost.

Changing your exhaust will do absolutely no damage to your engine. All that you're doing is allowing the car to 'exhail' better and the gains are because of the less restrictive exhaust system freeing up otherwise constrained horsepower.

While you're doing the exhaust, you'd do good to swop the downpipe for a 3" one too.

An intercooler upgrade will decrease the intake air temp and produce a bigger bang in the cylinder but this is well within the capabilities of the 3s-gte so go for it! :)
