Hello Guys,

First post.

Brake shoe lining on the girlfriends yaris has completely broken off. New shoes needed.

How do i remove the handbrake arm from the old shoe? All other shoes I've seen have a C-Clip that can be pryed off, however on here, It almost looks like a black rivetted stud with no obvious prying area.

How do I remove it?

Many thanks

Do the new shoes not come with one fitted?

Nope, the shoes I ordered were described as "handbrake arm transferable".

I have solved this problem by purchasing brake shoes with handbrake arms already attached xD
