hi..need some help.looking for replacement front n/s caliper carrier for my 2003 1.8 vvti 140 bhp celica..ordered few online but too small(the 2 mounting holes are 130mm apart centre to center but I need holes wider apart) online breakers sending me the correct carriers(so they keep promising) but having to send back as no good..need advice on what types I need etc

do celicas come in different brake sizes, what mm are your discs?

A face lift Celica has 275mm discs...the pre facelift had 255mm discs.!!!...yours (being 2003 model) are 275mm.

Just measured my carrier bracket holes centre to centre and they do look to be about 130mm.

Why the need to replace that part?

it not something that usually wears out.

How much wider do you need to get a fit?

This is all very curious...
