Dreaded Power Loss

hi i hate to further increase the constant topic of power loss .but im just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this .ok so my rav 4 d4d 2003 .doesnt have intermitent power loss, it has constant power loss after about 2000 rpm .it has been serviced oil/air/fuel filters all changed. cat taken off .egr cleaned.intercooler cleaned .turbo tested .sensors tested and all came back as ok .only visible thing that i did have was the rubber hose at front of intercooler was sucking in .but is ok now after intercooller cleaned no engine management light atall.idles and starts fine .anyone out there have any ideas .mechanic wanted to go into the injector pump.with no guarantee of it being that .i pulled it out of that garage and now it sits outside .has anyone got any ideas
