How Full- Rav4 Nrg 2001 1998cc Gearbox Filler Plug?

Greetings all,

I wanted to check the level of the oil on the gearbox.

So I bought the 24mm socket and cleaned the area around the filler plug.

Once I removed the plug, unknown to my as I turned away, the oil started running out of the filler hole.

I immediately replaced the plug. By the time I realised it, I had lost about 200ml or just under a cup.

I then jacked the car up to reduce the angle and reopened the filler hole.

At the new angle the oil had stopped running out.

It this critical? The car wasalmost level maybe very slight down hill..but very slight. . All I can think is the previous mechanic had it on a high front wheel ramp only, and overfilled it at that level, so when I removed the plug on the level surface all the excess flowed. Will this be a problem? Any advice will help. Kind regards. Have a great weekend.
