Deep Scratch

Hi there,

Yesterday someone kindly decided to scratch a few cars on my street - one of them being mine!

Its a deep scratch and a simple t-cut job will not do, anyone able to give me any advice on what to do and how much it may cost?.

You could faff about with colour pens etc but you'll always see it. I'd bite the bullet and get the panel painted. If you find a local back street type paint shop they'll probably do it for £150-200.

That's so sad, mate...I feel yer pain...hope the barstewards fingers fester and fall off.

You'll never get rid of it with Tcut and the like...it needs a body shop.!...so I'd start getting some quotes.

Hope you get it sorted without too much hassle and cost.

There is a way of doing it, an old valeters trick but it's very easy to make it worse and that is to mix t-cut with paint thinner :)
