Original Reverse Camera Replace With Aftermarket

Hello, I need some help.... My original reverse camera is stolen (only the outer part) ! A new one cost me more than 300 euros... not verry cheap. I think about to replace them with a aftermarket camera from eBay. On the original camera i found a connector with 6 wires. Can somebody help me to identify the wires, normaly i need only 4.? I bought the car in Belgium in februari 2014 with a JBL entertainment system, must i order a PAL or NTSC camera? Thanks for any help, Erwin.
