I was very surprised by how good it sounds.

may i ask what size(thick) mdf did you use? And what tool did u use to cut the inner circle.

If your asking me, I used 12mm thick mdf and i cut the hole

for the sub with a jigsaw after driling a pilot hole

I thought it was about time I jumped on the band wagon and FINALLY installed ONE of the 2 10's I have sitting around :)

First impressions......AWESOME!! been so long without bass Im LOVING IT!! it's gonna be REALLY powerfull with them both in :P

Now the sad part is my headunit is comming out tomorrow as Iv'e sold it and I reakon it might be a week or so before I get my new one :(

Bit random comment but...

When my friend and I went to look at a 15" solo-baric the guy who was showing us had a mate in the back seat who after 2 mins got a nose bleed from the bass. We just laughed but was probably quite serious lol!!

Im just about to get 2 10” infinity subs a set of components and an amp for my MR2 and the best thing of all its all free woo hoo

I used loads of panel pins and glue,

then sealed the whole thing with silicone. ;)

Does it take long to make them for the mr2? And where’s the best place to mount the amp if I have 2 subs?

Yep that'll about do it. it took me about an hour to build the last one i did

but i did get homebase to pre-cut the mdf for me so that saved some time.

My amp is under the passenger seat but its a tight fit.

If you cant get it under, you could mount it in front of the sub box

or in the the front where the spare wheel is.

Heard about another that makes it a hit with the girlies ..

the standard sub beihind the passenger does that to my girlfriend!! can't remember what tune it was but she suddenly went all funny and started lifting herself out of the seat and told me to turn the bass down :D

the frequency that makes you ill (and eventially shakes your internal organs apart) is 13 hz bit low for a regular sub :hokus-pokus:
