Found this button today and no idea what it does. Any ideas?

I'm meaning the one underneath all the other ones.

Sorry I mean this one. I've tried pressing it but nothing happens. However I've removed my standard head unit.

is there one in the same place other side of the steering wheel, if there is, i would go with its a blank for covering screwheads
