Abs Hydraulic Block Wanted

Celica 1.8 st 1997

can anyone help. Garage say i need a replacement abs block(abs light on and test says both front wheel sensors are out) garage say both wouldn't have gone at same time hence block required

BUT toyota dont sell them anymore

can anyone h4lp with a second hand one or suggest where i could obtain one

part number is 44510 20250 if that helps

would a block from any other model fit ?

cant scrap a one owner 70k mile car in perfect nick for a stupid light fail on mot !!!(its my wife's car had it from new)hence the pressure!!!!!!!
