2ad-ftv (2.2 D4d) Oil Filter Housing Torque Setting

Hi, guys read lots of posts on changing oil and filter etc. but dont seem to find any that detail the torque value when refitting the oil filter housing for the above avensis engine. Have seen a couple on You Tube but one says 25Nm another 40Nm. Have also went onto Toyota Tech eu as referenced on a few posts but this does not appear to list any info for the 2AD-FTV.

Have just changed from a 2004 2.0D4D having done 300k ( used as private hire taxi) and serviced every 8k by myself, to a 2008 2.2 D4D (NO DPF) with 58k, and on reading some of the issues on the 2.2 hope I have not made the wrong choice.

Thanks Devon for the speedy response and diagrams, as a matter of interest can you advise where to get the workshop manual info such as you have attached as I cannot source it anywhere have even paid subscription for Toyota Tech eu but they don't seem to list anything dor the 2ad-ftv
