Lol he knew that, it was a kind of shock statement that you were running it. That said, over 50mph or so with the windows shut, I'd use AC at that temperature as well, especially if the sun is out.

  • 1 month later...

Had my best miles per tank full last week. 462miles.

Went to Ashford in Kent and back, filled up before returning home.

The TS beats the first Auris for better seats for long journeys 😁

You managed to beat me, in the old car I was quite close to 500.

You would think with the smaller tyre size I’d be already beating you lol

  • 2 weeks later...

While I remember, I wanted to ask you about the alloy wheel cleaner that you use.
The cans I have from the supaguard have about been used so I will need something soon.

Thanks, I remembered the purple pics and probably thought it was that purple rain or something like that.

The stuff in the can from supra guard is good, just not for your lungs lol

Its an foam out of a aerosol can, but it sure goes fast

So when the last of my free stuff has gone, I'll need to find something else lol

What you use, does it just soak in and you rinse off or do you need to work it in?

1. Spray on lavishly

2. Wait good 10minutes for soaking thru

3. Then Best to scrub with brush/toothbrush for best results

4. Rinse

Wtf.
Heard about older Prius models being targeted. Some were saying the newer cars had more stuff close by making it more work to steal.

I’ll ask them at Toyota when I go in for my mot, read about something called a catloc and that should help to put thieves off.

What area was that in?

Was it a call for the AA?

Did you take a look underneath?

We’re you told not to drive it

The dodgiest area, of course!

Cant really see underneath, think a heat shield or metal grated cover is dangling underneath...

No one to ask if driveable 🤔

What about other sources?

Dread to think what ever is next, before it was hybrid batteries being stolen.

I take it the police just gave you a crime number and said your not the only one
