Tyre Questions

Hi everyone. I thought this might be the best place to ask a question about tyre sensors. I had a puncture today on my 2014 Auris hybrid, it went flat within seconds due to a nail. I used the emergency repair kit and managed to get me and the car to Kwik Fit. I have read online that my tyres have a sensor on them. Would Kwik Fit have known this and made sure the sensor was on the new tyre or do I have to go to a dealership? Also do you know how I get a replacement for the repair kit? Hope you might be able to help.

Thank you, looks really similar to the one that came with the car without the Toyota logo! :-)

You have not to be worry, tyre sensors are situated on the rims, not on the tyres.

someone told me it was the valve that they rip out to let the tyre down when getting a new tyre???
