Oil Changes

Hi all new to forum and RAV 4

Looking for some advice on engine and gear oil changes

i have read through haynes manual very confusing :( so hoping to get some help from you guys :)

firstly i have a 2002 3 door rav 4 its petrol manual gearbox

i purchased the car second hand the change from 2 to 3rd gear has i slightly noiser change and more clunky than rest of gears is this normal ?

I would like to do all oil changes from engine and gearboxes ect

from what i can gather from manual i need to do the

1. engine oil and filter

2.rear diff

3.front transfer box

4.front gearbox

is that everything or is there a 5. front diff ?? also to do

also as i live in uk what is the oil i should use for all these changes and does it make any difference to what engine oil was already being used in the car as i dont know what previous owner used

any advise help information would be much appreciated
