Black Trim Around The Top Of My Door

Hi,

The black trim around the top of my door(RAV4 52 plate) is starting to perish and look nasty. My question please is this trim a permanent fixed part of the door or is it a removable part that could be fitted to another car?

Its a stick on black tape that once fitted will not come off without damaging it, you will need new parts to replace them

Vinyl is cheap, external grade cast (don't use a mono, a poly is OK but has a shorter life but will be more durable than a cast) is 7-10 years and it's reasonably easy to fit.

I had the frame discolour on a 2003 RAV4 I masked it off and sprayed it satin black, looked good as new afterwards :)
