Cheers all!

Technically the wife owns the 'rocco, so I do the daily in the MR2 - it's only 10 miles, but it's 10 miles of twisty country road :euro:

I've got a couple of questions....does anyone know where I can get a PDF of the 1994 owner's manual? I found a couple of sites but the downloads refused to work.

Also....I've been digging for this answer too and I keep getting conflicting replies.....my MR2 has a standard tape deck, and I want to swap it for a Kenwood I've got, it's about five years old. I've found out how to remove the panel to get the old unit out, but will the wiring match? Am I better off getting a pro to do it?

Nice

There are PDFs to download on this site - not sure if it stretches to a 1994 MR2 - hopefully someone will come along and answer that one for u

As for the stereo - if the back of the tape deck is plugged to a universal ISO adapter to the car, then its sorted :)

If not, then u will need to buy a wiring loom that will have the correct adapter (or buy the adaptor that matches your car specifically)...if its easy to remove the tape deck, then remove it and upload a pic of the wiring loom for us

I know my old Toyota wasn't ISO, so I just bought a £12 adaptor from Halfords.

My old VW had a separate powered/fused aerial cable too - so I just disconnected that and thank god radio reception was still good :)
