Increse Power - Corolla E12 1.6l, Help!

Hi there all!

i am new here and registered in this forum cause i heard nothing but good things about you! my car is a corolla e12 3-door 1.6L 110ps (81kw) 2003 year 3zzfe engine.(promise i will show pics asap, hope you like it XD)

i have been looking for a long time about increasing the engine power of this little engine for years and i read some people here that made it using 1zzfe parts (like phatali and others). The point is i have not found the exact references i need and i need to know what parts fits my car (direct bolt on).

As far i know, this car can be pushed to 140-150hp using all this staff:

1. 1zzfe intake manifold

2. 1zzfe TB

3. 1zzfe injectors

4. r1zzfe racing exhaust headers (decat)

5. Ecu remap/piggyback

Do you guys know if the celica vvti 1999-2006 year 1.8 1zzfe 143hp is a direct bolt on donnor? i mean, basically if this parts fit my car?+

the gt parts seem to fit like a glove, plug and play, could you confirm this? the gt-.s DON´T

Talking about the air intake, my aim is to custom build a cold air intake with aluminum piping and cone filter situated at the lower part of the bumper , do you know the maximum OD i can go? 3" maybe? the same about the exhaust, if i install racing headers, what is the maximum OD i can go with the rest of the line?2,25" maybe?

The ecu is denso, think it would learn all this changed withour remapping, what do you guys think?
