Help I Have A Celica Vvtli And I Cant Get Obdii To Conect

i have modifide dash to hold a 7" tab to run torque pro app with obdll to just have all the readings on screen the tab conects to the obdll but it will not conect to the ecu

i have a celica vvtli jap import can some on help as i dont know what to do also when i do plug in my abs light flashes

ABS flashing is normal, especially if it's a earlier model.

As it's a JDM import you will have trouble with the OBD2, i'm not sure if you need to modify one of the pins on the reader or the actual OBD2 port, but that's as far as my knowledge goes i'm afraid
