Yaris Lights! Please Help

Hi all

Please can you help me? I recently changed the brake bulb on my Yaris and since then every time I brake (when headlights are switched off) the headlights come on and my dashboard lights up. Have I missed a trick when replacing the bulb or is there something else it could be?

Backtrack what you've done. Sometimes bulbs need to be fitted the correct way round even tho they fit in the "wrong" way too. Look at the pins on the bulb base - one side will be higher than the other if I'm correct.
