Yaris T-Sport Injector Upgrade?

Iv made a Few upgrades to my 05 yaris tsport(phase 2) like a straight through and k&n typhoon was wanting to do the fuel next I was told 02-05 carolla tsport 1.8 (180bhp) injectors fit straight into my engine is this true? also not sure about fuel pumps and regulators... do I need to replace my fuel pump or just buy a regulator? the pump I was looking at was walbro GST400 in-tank motorsport fuel pump is near £100 for the kit along with a Sytec 473 motorsport fuel injection pressure regulator (-6 JIC unions)

its about £100 as well then I will need to get it remapped and set up to run do everything together.

anyone advice as to weather im on the right track would be appreciated.
