Need To Sell A Pickup Any Advice

Hi There

im new to the site, i have a toyota hilux surf gen3 and am a member of the hilux surf club, i was after some help and advice on behalf of a close friend that has a toyota pickup on a 2000 plate,think its a 2.4 or 2.7 ( not sure ) thing is its hes work horse and it runs well, good engine,gearbox ect and has mot, but recently had some work done and garage said it needs alot of welding, and its quite gone in some areas ( all around the back ), its going to cost far to much to get it though the next mot like i mentioned its a shame has it runs really well. so he has decided to get another one, so hes looking at the mo for possible pickups, he would like to get the best price he can for his one, i have heard that some people buy them to ship abroad for use on farms and private land, so if possible could someone recommend or do you know anyone that would be interested ?
