Diesel - What Engine?

Have a petrol 2005 xtr 3 door. Maybe looking to upgrade to a newer model.

2.2 D Cat, D4D

whats the difference? I live 3 miles from work, but normally do a motorway run of 15 miles each way every weekend and a 30 miles each way every month.

How would a filter do under this?

I have seen one with

Toyota Motorsport bodykit including s/s twin exhaust, lowered suspension, extended arches, running boards, roof spoiler and chrome kit.

automatic too

any advice on any areas appreciated

Based on the mileage you have stated, I would recommend sticking with a petrol engine.

You may have dpf issues if you do that sort of mileage with a diesel engine.

or anyone had the light come on? - is this a warning, or have you had it straight away?
